PCX Completes Initial Shipment of Modular Power Distribution Skids for Large Hyperscale Data Center in the Southeastern United States

Raleigh, NC, May 2, 2019 -- PCX Corporation is pleased to announce the shipment of several electrical power distribution skids to a new large data center in Southeastern United States.  This is the first of several construction phases. When complete, the total number of modular electrical skids to the first phase will total over sixty (60) units.  The prefabricated factory integrated systems includes electrical power distribution switchgear and UPS systems.  These systems are fully assembled and factory tested at PCX’s modular data center facility located outside Raleigh, NC.

During the bid process PCX was selected as the leader to help the client accelerate their construction schedule and remove several risks from the project site.  The safety of the workers, inclement weather, the national skilled labor shortage, and equipment lead times are all threats to this project.  The team at PCX helps set the benchmark in both quality and speed in electrical infrastructure at this data center.  We are proud to support our client in their continued success.
